A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival and must match the name of the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning and linen and towel changes are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.
If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be added in the Special Requests box when booking.

擁有自己的事業、同為3位孩子的媽媽、外貌永保凍齡的東西兩位女性代表，貴婦保養品牌VALMONT總裁夫人暨全球營運總監Sophie及三鐵美肌女星賈永婕，昨(24)日出席保養活動跟大家分享如何輕鬆應對多重角色的轉換與保養祕方。
賈永婕現場也大方分享自身的保養之道，在時間緊湊的前提下，自己最重視的保養步驟就是保溼；而喜愛戶外運動的她面對日曬帶給肌膚的傷害更是一刻也不敢鬆懈，無齡美妍防曬乳就是一瓶具有抵禦紫外線傷害的防曬品。

問到如何維持美麗並活出自我呢？女星賈永婕謙虛地說到：「做對得起自己的事情，並盡量讓一切化繁為簡，充分有效率地運用時間，這些都是我們堅持的方向跟重點；除此之外，最重要的是保有自我並寵愛自己，有喘口氣的空間才能在面對各種煩擾時依然擁有活力，而美麗臉龐上的光采除了使用對的保養品之外，心靈的富足及愉悅的心情更是微笑曲線始終存在的最佳良方。」

而東西方的保養之道又有什麼不同呢？ 全球營運總監Sophie則提到、以往相較於東方女性的多重保養程序，西方女性的保養流程是較為簡單的；但隨著科技研發的速度與進步，開始有越來越多的亞洲女性在時間的壓縮下，選擇快速且有效的多工複合保養產品。在防曬的觀念上，西方女性的重視程度不若東方女性，但東方女性雖勤抹防曬品，不過對於產品的選擇卻可能越抹讓肌膚負擔越重。
新北市長朱立倫今（26）日頒獎表揚122位特優里長及48位績優民政人員，肯定其協助市政推動等專業表現，並勉勵他們秉持「我們是一個團隊」的理念，繼續發揮基層能量，積極服務人群。
朱立倫表示，台灣的里長通常都是「一人當選，全家服務」，所以有很多里長的太太、先生，甚至里長的爸爸、媽媽或小孩，都跟著里長一起服務里內的大小事情；舉凡路平、燈亮、水溝通、環境清潔、社區安寧，以及社區文化推廣、攸關市民居家環境安全等大小事全包了，極為深入基層，非常不簡單。
朱立倫認為，身為里長已經不簡單，獲選為特優里長更加不容易，不僅是保護里民平安健康的「管家婆」，也是「攏是尚讚、尚好、尚優秀」的里長；此外，里長的服務工作也需民政人員及里幹事的幫忙，新世代里幹事非常優秀，常有創意發想，希望大家共同秉持「我們是一個團隊」的理念，一起服務所有市民。
新北市政府民政局長江俊霆說，今年獲表揚的特優里長中，最年長、服務年資最長的是82歲汐止區東山里長林錦定，連任10屆服務年資38年；最年輕的則是35歲瑞芳區柑坪里長許銘仁，曾與警方合力抓到竊賊，事後媒體採訪低調不願露臉，被里民稱為「最勇敢的背影」。
還有許多里長的在地經營極具特色，像是板橋區大豐里長張錦堂利用資源回收的獎金，開辦才藝課程及急難救助金；其中烏克麗麗課程班30 多位成員總歲數超過千歲，最長者78歲，最小者為國小學童，屢履獲邀到慶典表演，每到之處，招牌的《月亮代表我的心》、《小蘋果 》等曲目風靡全場。
